Whether you incorporate meditation into your daily Spiritual practice, or are new to meditation, all are warmly welcomed to this ongoing meditation group. We will explore and practice various forms of meditation, pranic breathing, simple stretches, and other preparations for, and practice of, meditation. Meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. The 1st Wednesday of each month will be more explanatory and exploratory – great for new meditators, and open to all.
