Whether you incorporate meditation into your daily Spiritual practice, or are new to meditation, all are warmly welcomed to this ongoing meditation group. We will explore and practice various forms of meditation, pranic breathing, simple stretches, and other preparations for, and practice of, meditation. Meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. The 3rd Wednesday will go deeper in meditation practices for more experienced meditators, and open to all.
