About the event
To honor World Heart Day, InSpirit Center for Spiritual living will host a heart-healthy potluck gathering following the Sunday service from 11:45 am to 1 pm. We will provide complimentary blood pressure screenings in the "Love Your Heart" lounge and share insights about the heart chakra to enhance awareness of overall heart health within the community.
